This course covers three major components of a successful construction project. Part 1 deals with consistency of service including goal-setting, work schedule, budget, and accountability. Part 2 defines great customer satisfaction, communication techniques, understanding the client, and maintaining a clean job site. Part 3 deals with effective planning and setting priorities, adhering to plans, and organizing your workplace. Instructor: Tim Faller has been a homebuilder and remodeler for over 30 years.
